Shane explained things thoroughly and made me feel calm about the entire process. Even during the final underwriting process when they kept asking for certain things Shane’s team jumped right on it. Again, very good, down to earth and work with ease.

I want to share this really nice attorney I found out on yellowpages.com. He was really sympathetic with my situation and charged an affordable fee....i'd love to say cheap but the work he did for me was high quality and it was done in a timely manner. Two years ago I purchased a home, the loan I qualified for was an adjustable rate loan....so this year my rate adjusted and made my payments difficult to handle. Mr. Scott gave me solid advice on my options and we decided that a loan modification was the best course. It took over 2 months for the bank to make their decision (Mr. Scott told me it would take at least 2 months or maybe longer) but it was worth the wait because my rate went down from 11.375% to a 4%. The fee I paid seemed miniscule in comparison to the peace of mind I now have when I go to sleep. Thanks Mr. Scott and staff--I appreciate all your hard work.
